Shaped by an immigrant upbringing and blended family structures and raised by a single mother, my work explores family, identity, belonging, resilience, and how it feels to be a person of color in America. Through film and photography, I center vulnerability and community care while challenging dominant narratives of success and fulfillment. My practice is driven by a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices through authentic, socially engaged storytelling, both independently and through Heavy Feather Productions.
